Thesis students: There are opportunities possible for Bachelor’s and Master’s thesis projects via ongoing research or to develop your own ideas. Please write to me with your research interests, learning goals, and timelines for your thesis and we will take it from there.

Mentoring philosophy: I expect students to have a strong sense of curiosity about the natural world, be ready to work in tough and demanding field conditions, be open to learning new skills and have a quantitative bent of mind. I value independent and self-critical thinkers, who seek their ideas to be challenged. Finally, I am looking for team players who will contribute to growing and shaping our new lab.
